About Jake Patel
Jake (Jignesh) Patel was born in Gujarat, India, and moved to the USA when he was 13. He has lived in the Athol-Orange area of Massachusetts since 2009.
Local residents know Jake as the owner of the Orange Package Store, the River Market, the Athol Mini Mart and the Corner Store.
A licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts since 2015, Jake is also an experienced homebuilder.
Jake now resides in Athol. His son, who attended elementary and middle school in Athol, is currently a junior at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School (Monty Tech).
In addition to English, Jake speaks Hindi and Gujarati and enjoys strong ties with the local Indian community.
